About me

I completed my nurse training at the University of Manchester and have worked across a broad range of NHS specialties at Manchester University Hospitals and Airedale Hospital including; Acute Medical & Surgical Assessment, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Gynaecology and Female Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Elderly Care and Palliative Care.

Working across these specialist areas has given me extensive experience supporting patients through illness, surgery, recovery, chronic pain and significant life challenges.

Alongside my nursing career, I completed professional training in Medical Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) and further specialist education in Acupuncture and Women's Health.

I have also undertaken menopause training through the Menopause Research and Education Fund (MREF), supporting my particular interest in women's health and wellbeing.

Today, I combine my nursing expertise with evidence-based medical acupuncture to offer safe, professional and compassionate care.
